National Hail Solutions, along with our team of highly skilled and experienced technicians and staff, are able to facilitate and repair almost any hail damaged car that comes our way.
Our focus is on prioritising our customers, repairing every vehicle to the highest possible standard using the best repair methods available.
At National Hail Solutions we utilise Paintless Dent Removal wherever viable; greatly reducing repair times (as quickly as one week for a full PDR repair), cost of repairs, and unnecessary paintwork or parts replacement.
Of course, paintwork, conventional repairs, and/or panel replacements are necessary in some cases, depending on the severity of damage. Within one week of a hail event, we are able to deploy mobile painting facilities to any of our repair locations Australia-wide, to handle combination and conventional repairs on-site.
Paintless Dent Removal
We have a large team made up of some of the best technicians in the country. All of which are hand-picked by our company directors (who themselves have over 50 years of combined experience as PDR technicians).
Paint and Conventional Repairs
In some cases, PDR techniques may compromise the paintwork due to the severity of damage being repaired. If required, we're able to facilitate any required paintwork on-site for combination repairs, and even full conventional repairs for the extreme damage.
But as mentioned above, PDR is our priority and paint/conventional is only used when absolutely necessary.
Vehicle Transport
We are partnered with vehicle transport companies throughout Australia to organise getting any car to and from our assessment and repair facilities.
National Call Centre
Our national call centre allows our customers from any site across the country to contact us and speak to any of the team to get more information about their claim. The call centre team provides regular updates to our customers on each repair.
Our call centre doesn't just operate during the hail season, but is active throughout the year to provide ongoing support for all of our customers and insurers.
Windscreen Replacement
We work closely with windscreen replacement companies all over the country. Meaning if a customers car has had damage caused during a hail event, we can have the glass replaced while their vehicle is on-site for repairs. If a windscreen is damaged to the point where the vehicle is not roadworthy, during our assessment, we will let the customers insurance company know immediately so an emergency replacement can be organised ASAP.
